Project Service Flow:
- Materials are staged and inventoried for consolidation into sub-kits or top level kits
- Ability to create kits of any size (2 to 10,000+ line items)
- Multi-Level Kitting: Bag – box – sub-kit – crate – top level kit – 20’ or 40’ shipping container
- All items are packaged, QA inspected, and labeled based on customer or contract specifications
- Wood Crates: Custom, Mil-Spec, and Best Grade Commercial
- Custom marking per contract and end customer requirements
- Experienced personnel that provide expertise and solutions
- Provide protective packaging solutions to store and transport military or commercial parts and equipment
- Preservation, packaging, packing and marking in accordance with Mil-Std 2073 and current Mil-Spec requirements
- Mil-DTL-197L – Clean Room Packaging of Bearings
- Trained in WAWF, DD250, DD1149 (Government owned property) requirements, and Coordination with Your transportation for GBL preparation
- Source Inspection of your packaging can be performed at our facility
- Mil-Std 129 and Mil-Std 1189 barcode markings
- Waterproof wrap and VCI wrap capability
- ESD, vapor-bag w/desiccant, corrugated box or wooden crate, etc.
- One-Stop Receiving Center: Act as a single point for delivery of project materials
- Consolidation point of components from multiple vendors
- Pick and Pack to final configuration OR make shipment to intermediate staging location
- Scheduling of all DCMA, Insurance Surveys, or program personnel for quality control inspections as required
- Provide cost efficient solutions for remote tasks
